Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how membership cancellations, clinician-determined ineligibility refunds, 30-day satisfaction refunds, pharmacy charges, and other fee-related issues are handled through Midlife Women.

I. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to fees paid to Midlife Women for membership, intake review, administrative support, and related platform services. It does not automatically govern third-party charges assessed by independent clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, or other vendors unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

II. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your clinician and evidence profile until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges only. It does not automatically reverse charges that were already incurred for a completed billing period, clinical review, prescription processing, pharmacy fulfillment, or other services already rendered.

III. Full Refund When Treatment Is Not Appropriate

If your assigned clinician determines that the treatment you are seeking is not medically appropriate for you, your membership fee will be fully refunded. Payment does not guarantee a prescription. This refund is processed automatically within 5-10 business days.

Clinical appropriateness is determined solely by the reviewing licensed clinician or affiliated professional entity. Midlife Women cannot promise eligibility, approval, or a prescription before that review occurs.

IV. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your experience within the first 30 days of membership, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. No questions asked.

The 30-day guarantee is intended to cover your initial Midlife Women membership experience. To request a refund under this guarantee, email us within 30 calendar days of your first paid membership date and include the email address associated with your account.

V. Medication, Pharmacy, and Fulfillment Charges

Medication costs are separate from your membership and are charged by the dispensing pharmacy. Medication refund policies are subject to the pharmacy's terms. Unopened medications may be eligible for return — contact your pharmacy directly.

Once medication has been prescribed, compounded, dispensed, or shipped, pharmacy-related charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the dispensing pharmacy agrees otherwise. We do not control state pharmacy law, shipping carrier handling, or third-party return policies.

VI. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing, refunds are generally not available for:

VII. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund after we submit it. Most approved refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, though timelines may vary by card network or bank.

VIII. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can review it. Filing a payment dispute does not cancel your account automatically and may temporarily limit platform access while the matter is under review.

IX. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. We process cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Please include your full name, account email, and a brief description of the request so we can locate your account and process the request as quickly as possible.

X. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time of the charge or refund request will generally apply unless law requires otherwise.
